brown stain thin walls
The room wasn't super clean. I noticed a brownish stain near the window, and there was a stain on the bedsheets. i didn't catch it until we were about to leave, just great. the beds were far from comfortable, and the walls might as well have been paper. you could hear everything through the walls, made relaxing a challenge,

wonderful family stay near the parks

I appreciated the free coffee and the coffee maker available. The fridge and microwave in the room came in handy. we had a picnic table where we ate our food and played board games, lovely. the kids enjoyed their breakfast trips to the restaurant. the kitchen sink and two separate bathroom sinks made sharing easier!
The tv volume was restricted. It only went up to 19 so it was hard to hear. i had to put subtitles on to understand what was happening, it was inconvenient.

The staff was helpful and kind from arrival until departure. They created a great vacation experience. the front desk efficiently managed check-in and check-out. The bus service was very convenient and frequent.

The rooms were clean. They provided a comfortable and well kept environment. the room décor included a surfboard. This added to the themed ambiance. the layout of the two-bedroom suite was spacious and perfect for our group.

frequent shuttle maintained pool area helpful staff
the staff was friendly and helpful . shuttle service to the parks ran frequently, this made transportation easy. the pool area was very clean and well-kept, this helped with relaxation.
i found the walls to be a bit thin, this meant that noise from the hallway was sometimes noticeable.

spacious room quiet pool helpful staff
the room was spacious and clean (i got a two-bedroom suite!). the pool was quieter than dockside. the staff was helpful near the tower 1 elevators.
the tv volume only reached 19. the beds felt too firm, which caused hip pain. the hot water was not hot enough and the a/c did not get very cold.

the front desk staff provided excellent service. the staff downstairs near the tower 1 elevators were always willing to help. they always greeted guests with a friendly smile.
